Sponsorship Challenge
The WPGCA Sponsorship Challenge is an opportunity for local businesses to support their community, raise their profile, promote themselves and receive lasting recognition by becoming a Sponsor of the West Point Grey Community Centre Expansion Project.
Sponsorship Benefits Include:
- Permanent recognition on the Centre’s Legacy Wall, commensurate with level of Sponsorship
- All contributions receive a tax-deductible receipt
- Sponsors can amortize their sponsorship amount over period of construction
There is plenty of visibility available when you become a sponsor:
- Sponsorship profile and acknowledgement in Vancouver Courier
- Sponsorship profile and acknowledgement on signage around construction sites
- Sponsorship profile and acknowledgement in Sponsorship section of Community Centre website
- Sponsorship profile and acknowledgement on the stand up display used for presentations, community events, and local promotions
- Sponsorship profile and acknowledgements in fundraising printed materials
- Value-added and point of sale opportunities
Depending on level of sponsorship, sponsors can put their name on fixed elements (such as planters and benches) and for substantial capital contributions, there is opportunity to have areas of the Centre named for them. [Subject to Vancouver Parks Board approval]
Those having their name used in association with an area, will also be acknowledged in all facility maps, program flyers and facility promotional materials for a period of 10 years. This opportunity will be available on a first come, first served basis.
In-kind goods and services contributions are subject to Parks Board approval and will be considered at fair market value.
